I want to apologize for not being very consistent with my posts these past couple of weeks! It got a little crazy with work and school and when I had down time I kept it as down time! haha But this is a challenge I knew I was going to face, so now I have to work to overcome it! We all go through that right? That little slump we knew we were going to hit? Some people are really good at getting through it with no problem! Well, I didn't, but thanks to y'all and the drive I have for my future I will get through it!
So, we got to fall back the other day! That extra hour was pretty great, and came right at the right time! I went home to surprise my sister and I ended up driving back to Fort Worth at what would've been 4 in the morning, but lucky for me I could leave at 3 AM and feel the same way and get to school on time! I Surprising people is one of my very favorite things to do! My sister hates when I do it, but to see people's face when you do something unexpected is so priceless!! I suggest you surprise someone somewhere sometime soon! (try saying that five times fast! ;)) Family time was so awesome, and just what I needed to get me back to my productive and "get it done" mindset!
It's fall!! Aww I love this weather!! I'm terrible at being cold, but I'm going to do my best to enjoy it! It's suppose to be really cold in Fort Worth this fall and winter so I'm really anxious to see how I'll be able to take it! When it gets cold I usually huddle up in my bed and do everything there! From reading, to homework, to watch TV, or just lay there until I can get enough strength to get up! So, when it comes to working out... yea that is tough for me! I don't want to get out from under the covers much less change into workout clothes and run to the gym!! So what's my plan? Well first I'm going to do my best to "JUST GO!" and keep moving until I get there. When that doesn't work I'm going to do at home workouts!! So I tried one yesterday when the weather was a little iffy and I didn't want to get stuck out in the rain! (Snow Day Workout) It's called the snow day workout, but it can be subbed for rainy day too! And it's killer! I broke a sweat in the first two sets! It is deceiving, but don't knock it until you try it! Once I try more of these fun "at home" workouts I'll share them with y'all! Please feel free to let me know how you like them or if you have any other suggestions you'd like me to share!
