Happy New Year my dear friends!! Whoa baby did 2014 flash by or what?! It was a year of learning, growing, and becoming a better me! And now here is 2015! I dreamed so many things in 2014! Half of my statements would begin with "I want to do..." Well this year will be a year of doing! I'm a pretty determined girl. If I want to do something I will find a way to get it done, whether it be alone or with the help of a wonderful friend!
My personal adventure goals! That's what I'm going to call my motives I want to improve on this year, and use to make me a happier, healthier, and overall better Libby. Why have one resolution when you can work on several qualities that can all relate to each other?! Fit and Fab Fifteen anyone? Who's with me? Becoming a more fit and fabulous you! There are quite a few more things to becoming this than losing ten pounds. Over all health and fitness, as well as taking more risks and adventures are just a few ways to becoming fit and fabulous!
This is my personal adventure goals agenda! Yes, there are quite a few details that go along with each of these, but why wait until next year to accomplish a goal. The time is now! I'm going to put these in every room. I have an inspiration board in my office-going up on that! In my bathroom-up on the mirror! In the kitchen-obviously on the fridge! I want to do great things, this will help me. Throughout this year I will blog about these goals, and ways I am working toward them. Things like bible studies, knowledge on supplements and recipes, workouts, trip plans, random inspiration, and other ideas! I will also have a new surprise for you friends! So please stay tuned! :)
What do you want your year entail? I want to know, and I want to help! Or at least support you :) Be brave when making your goals and dreams! You can do anything!
